Hello folks,

This is the night before I set off. I'm hoping that the last 27 years of carb loading will pay off over the next 4 months...

Thinking ahead, I know there will be some long and lonely stretches of road before I reach the end. However, what will keep me going is any support to me personally and most importantly to the charity I am raising money for, The MS Trust.

I've set an ambitious target of £5,000 but along with many of the challenges I've set myself of late, I'm hoping we can do it!
